2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made via Muziekplatform.com, including subscriptions, individual purchases, masterclasses and booking services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

For consumers (individuals acting outside their professional or commercial activity), the mandatory provisions of Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (CEL) additionally apply.

3. Offers and Formation of Agreement

All offers on the platform are non-binding and subject to availability. An agreement is formed at the moment you receive a confirmation email following a successful payment, or — for free services — upon completion of registration.

4. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in euros (€).
  • Prices for consumers are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices for business users may be displayed exclusive of VAT; VAT will be shown separately at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices. Active subscribers will be notified in writing 30 days in advance of any price changes.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe or Mollie. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, iDEAL and other available payment methods at checkout. Payments are processed immediately.

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend access to paid services until the outstanding amounts have been settled.

6. Delivery of Digital Services

Our services are digital in nature (platform access, downloads, streaming content). Delivery occurs immediately after payment via access to your account. No physical delivery timelines apply.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days after purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed to immediate delivery of digital content and have acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

Full policy and model form: see our Right of Withdrawal.

8. Subscriptions and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
  • You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are made, unless required by law.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only upload content for which you hold the rights.
  • Not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Not use the platform for unlawful, offensive or misleading purposes.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts in the event of misuse, without refund of amounts already paid.

10. Intellectual Property

Content you upload remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Muziekplatform.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform, including on artist pages and in search results.

The source code, design and brand identity of Muziekplatform.com are the property of Kyzoe and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Liability

Muziekplatform.com is an intermediary connecting artists with fans and bookers. We are not liable for:

  • The content of artist pages (texts, photos, audio, video).
  • Agreements concluded directly between artists and bookers.
  • Damage resulting from force majeure, technical failures or actions of third parties.

Our total liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the cause of damage.

12. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via info@muziekplatform.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

For out-of-court dispute resolution, you may contact the European ODR platform:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the district of Kyzoe's registered office, unless mandatory law designates another court.

14. Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time. You will be notified in writing of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
